Meet Dr. Gail Whitaker

 Dr. Whitaker is passionate about helping leaders grow as they face the rewarding challenges of transforming organizations. Dr. Whitaker brings more than 25 years of experience, multiple degrees, a serving spirit, and the desire to foster dynamic relationships.

Dr. Whitaker holds a Doctorate in Management (DM) in Organizational Process Management from UMUC and three MS degrees. She has served in various leadership roles, including President, VP of Academic Affairs, and Dean at multiple institutions. Her expertise includes accreditation, quality in education, workforce development, and regulatory compliance. 

Dr. Whitaker is a Learning and Development (L&D) expert bringing L&D solutions to organizations across the globe. She drives effectiveness, efficiency, and measured outcomes to maximize impact in serving organizations. She is the founder of the Learning Continuum, LLC.
